Ted'S Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 slices bread or more
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. cooked raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°.
  2. Boil water, sugar, butter and flour for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon flavoring and a little nutmeg.
  4. Pour over baked pudding.
