Instructions
- In a saute pan, heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped garlic.
- Be careful that the garlic does not get brown.
- Add the shrimp and saute together for about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Add black pepper, lemon juice, vermouth, and salt to taste.
- Simmer for 2 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked.
- Serve with crusty French bread or hard rolls.
- You can cook the shrimp peeled first or in the shell and peel later.
- If cooked in the shell, suck the juice out first, then peel the shrimp, dip in the sauce again, and eat.
- Use the bread for dipping.
