Ingredients

  • powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
  • 5 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • chopped toasted almonds
  • cocoa

Instructions

  1. Gradually add 4 cups powdered sugar to the softened cream cheese, mixing well after each addition.
  2. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Chill the mixture for several hours.
  3. Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll the balls in chopped toasted almonds, cocoa, or additional powdered sugar as desired.
  5. Chill the coated truffles until ready to serve.
