A savory layered bean dip with fresh avocado, seasoned sour cream, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and melted cheddar, perfect for parties and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip (3 1/2 oz. cans)
  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. On a large round or oval platter or plate, layer bean dip, mashed avocados, seasoned sour cream, cored and seeded tomatoes, chopped black olives, sliced green onions, in that order.
  2. Let the layered dip chill in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle grated sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Serve with taco chips.
