Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs together in a bowl.
  2. Add cold water, salt, and vinegar to the beaten eggs and mix well.
  3. Gradually add 2 cups of flour to the mixture to form a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.
  5. Cut the rolled dough into strips to form noodles.
  6. Spread the noodles on cookie sheets or trays to dry.
  7. Once dried, place the noodles in a Ziploc bag and freeze.
  8. Use as needed by thawing the desired amount before cooking.
