Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon pieces until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.
  3. Saute chopped onion in bacon grease until translucent.
  4. Add drained pork and beans, brown sugar, chili sauce, and cooked bacon to the skillet.
  5. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
  6. Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
