Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2-3 hot peppers, seeded & chopped (or small can of jalapenos)
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) corn bread mix
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
