Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can bean dip
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 small cans sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Combine sour cream with mayonnaise and taco mix.
  3. Set aside.
