Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onions and bell pepper to the beef.
  3. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in canned tomatoes, uncooked rice, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook until the rice is tender and the flavors meld.
