  • 1/2 lb candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb dates
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 4 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 4 oz coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tube pan.
  3. Bake in a 250°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
