Ingredients

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 pressed garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped jalapeno, and pressed garlic to the cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on each flour tortilla.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly.
  5. Refrigerate the rolled tortillas until chilled.
  6. Before serving, cut each roll into 1-inch pieces.
