Thai Fried Rice is a flavorful, quick stir-fry dish featuring rice, meat, green onions, and a savory m.s.g. seasoning, perfect for a satisfying meal any time.

- Melt margarine in a pan; add 2 thin slices of ginger root and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove ginger root from the pan.
- Add cooked meat and sliced white part of green onions; cook until meat loses red color, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and m.s.g.; stir-fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Break the egg over the mixture and stir in well.
- Cook for about 1 more minute, stirring constantly.
- Serve with soy sauce and optionally with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
