Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 1/2 c. diced meat
  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 3 green onions, chopped fine
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in wok.
  2. Saute carrots and celery.
  3. Add diced meat and cooked rice.
  4. Stir well until each grain of rice separates and is heated through.
  5. Add scrambled eggs and soy sauce.
  6. Turn off heat and add chopped green onions, salt, and pepper to taste.
