Ingredients

  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 pound Roquefort, or other good quality blue cheese, cut in medium size chunks
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 T lemon juice

Instructions

  1. blend with a fork, and mix together well. Refrigerate. Better the next day. Enjoy!
