Ingredients

  • 1 lb spiral trio pasta
  • 2-3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 16 oz Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 4.5 oz can olives, black or green
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the spiral pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Boil the chicken breasts until cooked through, then let cool and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped chicken, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, and olives.
  4. Pour the Zesty Italian Dressing over the mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
