Ingredients

  • 1 tomato, washed, cored and diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled, diced 1/4-inch, treated with lemon juice
  • 8 oz. turkey breast, cooked and diced into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 6 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 6 oz. savoy cabbage, shredded thin, marinated in French dressing
  • 5 oz. French dressing
  • 5 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed and trimmed

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until brown and crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Place the romaine lettuce on a plate.
  4. Arrange the diced tomato, avocado, cooked turkey, and crumbled blue cheese into long strips on top of the lettuce.
  5. Set the shredded savoy cabbage in one long strip through the center.
  6. Garnish the salad with the cooked bacon pieces.
  7. Serve with French dressing on the side.
