Ingredients
- 1 tomato, washed, cored and diced ⓘ
- 1 avocado, peeled, diced 1/4-inch, treated with lemon juice ⓘ
- 8 oz. turkey breast, cooked and diced into 1/4-inch pieces ⓘ
- 6 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled ⓘ
- 6 oz. savoy cabbage, shredded thin, marinated in French dressing ⓘ
- 5 oz. French dressing ⓘ
- 5 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed and trimmed ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook bacon until brown and crispy.
- Remove bacon and drain on absorbent paper.
- Place the romaine lettuce on a plate.
- Arrange the diced tomato, avocado, cooked turkey, and crumbled blue cheese into long strips on top of the lettuce.
- Set the shredded savoy cabbage in one long strip through the center.
- Garnish the salad with the cooked bacon pieces.
- Serve with French dressing on the side.
