Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • sliced mushrooms to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 c white wine

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a frypan.
  2. Cut chicken into pieces.
  3. Sauté chicken in butter until lightly browned. Add sliced mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add white wine.
  5. Cover the pan and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
