The Moon Cake
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix water with 1/2 cup butter.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time.
- Beat well.
- (I use a mixer.)
- Spread on an ungreased 11 x 15-inch sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes; cool.
