Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix water with 1/2 cup butter.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until it forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and cool.
  5. Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time.
  6. Beat well.
  7. (I use a mixer.)
  8. Spread on an ungreased 11 x 15-inch sheet.
  9. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes; cool.
