Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream, unwhipped

Instructions

  1. Cream softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla, and whipping cream until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour batter over the prepared crust in a pan.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 60 minutes.
  5. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the closed oven for an additional hour to cool gradually.
