Ingredients

  • 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • dash ground red pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Puree undrained marinated artichoke hearts in a blender or processor until very smooth.
  2. Transfer the pureed artichokes to a bowl and blend in sour cream, minced garlic, onion salt, and ground red pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika before serving and serve with crackers.
