  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fruit (blackberries, apples, peaches, cherries, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the self-rising flour (or Bisquick), sugar, and milk in a baking dish until well combined.
  3. Add the fruit (blackberries, apples, peaches, cherries, etc.) on top of the batter.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour or until the cobbler is browned and the crust has risen to the top.
