Ingredients

  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. softened margarine
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. crisp rice cereal
  • 1/4 c. red pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded sharp Cheddar cheese and softened margarine in a mixer bowl until creamy.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Stir in crisp rice cereal and red pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a nonstick baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
