Three Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped cantaloupe ⓘ
- 1 cup finely chopped mango ⓘ
- 1 cup finely chopped strawberries ⓘ
- 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber ⓘ
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno or poblano (seeded) ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon honey ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl, let stand for 15 - 20 minutes, serve with a slotted spoon.
- Best used fresh the fruit starts to masticate quickly and will be somewhat soggy the next day though still tasty.
