Three Seafood Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
- 1 lb. crabmeat, shredded ⓘ
- 1 can good tuna, flaked ⓘ
- 1 onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 large bell pepper ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped celery ⓘ
- 1 stick oleo
- Greek seasoning ⓘ
- salt ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice ⓘ
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup ⓘ
- 1 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- juice of 1 lemon ⓘ
- seasoned salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Melt oleo.
- Saute bell pepper, onion and celery until barely tender.
- Add a can of cream of mushroom soup or can of cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Add salt, pepper, Greek seasoning, seasoned salt and pepper.
- Mix well and stir in meats. Butter oblong pan and pour in cooked rice; add meat mixture on top.
- Mix the rice and meat mixture well.
- Top with buttered crumbs or cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
