Three Seafood Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
  • 1 lb. crabmeat, shredded
  • 1 can good tuna, flaked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 stick oleo
  • Greek seasoning
  • salt
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo.
  2. Saute bell pepper, onion and celery until barely tender.
  3. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup or can of cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  4. Add salt, pepper, Greek seasoning, seasoned salt and pepper.
  5. Mix well and stir in meats. Butter oblong pan and pour in cooked rice; add meat mixture on top.
  6. Mix the rice and meat mixture well.
  7. Top with buttered crumbs or cheese.
  8. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
