Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger or leftover roast beef
  • 1 pkg. diced potatoes or French fries (frozen)
  • 1 can pork and beans, pinto beans, chili beans or green beans
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, chili style stewed tomatoes or tomato soup
  • shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. If using hamburger, brown and drain.
  2. Add meat, potatoes, beans, and tomatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven until hot.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
