Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. carrots, julienne cut
  • 1/2 lb. green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add thyme and salt, then all other ingredients; mix well.
  3. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
