Tiny Appetizer Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, aged grated (1 cup)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the water and mix in lightly.
  3. Knead on a board 4 or 5 times.
  4. Pat down to 1/2" thickness.
  5. Cut out small circles 1" to 1 1/2" (I used a campange flute).
  6. Bake on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in a 425F oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
