Tiny Magic Fruit Cakes are delightful bite-sized treats packed with dates, nuts, coconut, and cherries, perfect for festive occasions or sweet snacking.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can condensed milk
  • 1 lb. pitted dates
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 jar cherries

Instructions

  1. Combine condensed milk, chopped dates, chopped nuts, flaked coconut, and cherries until well blended.
  2. Pour the mixture into well-greased tiny muffin pans or use tiny paper cups.
  3. Top each cake with a cherry.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
  5. Let cool before serving.
  6. Alternatively, bake in a loaf pan or a 13 x 9-inch pan.
