Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. milk or water
  • 2 (1/4 oz. each) envelopes instant onion soup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mold into a rounded, flat loaf in a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Heat 15 to 17 minutes.
  3. Let stand about 10 minutes to firm before serving.
