Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh cranberries
  • 2 c. brown or white sugar
  • 1/4 c. brandy or bourbon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. Place cranberries and sugar in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from oven and add the brandy.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.
