Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pita bread
  • 1 cup sweet butter, softened
  • 1/8 cup chopped parsley
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cut the pita bread into quarters and separate into two pieces.
  2. Cream together softened butter with chopped parsley, oregano, chives, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread each pita piece with the herb butter mixture.
  4. Place the pita pieces on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F until the butter is melted and the pita is crispy, about 5 to 8 minutes.
