Ingredients
Instructions
- Take 1 slice of any bread you like.
- Take piece about size of half dollar from center of bread.
- Butter both sides and place in skillet.
- Cook and turn to slightly brown both sides.
- Break egg into hole in center of bread.
- Fry, turning over until approximately "over easy."
- Salt and pepper both sides to taste.
