Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Take 1 slice of any bread you like.
  2. Take piece about size of half dollar from center of bread.
  3. Butter both sides and place in skillet.
  4. Cook and turn to slightly brown both sides.
  5. Break egg into hole in center of bread.
  6. Fry, turning over until approximately "over easy."
  7. Salt and pepper both sides to taste.
