Ingredients

  • sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • baking soda
  • brown sugar

  • toffee bits
  • all-purpose flour
  • butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Add eggs; blend thoroughly.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating well.
  6. Stir in Skor English toffee bits.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool about 1 minute, then remove from the cookie sheet.
