Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 package Butter Recipe cake mix with pudding
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 6 ounces almond brickle chips
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat margarine at medium speed with a mixer until creamy.
  2. Add cake mix, eggs, and water, beating until blended.
  3. Stir in almond brickle chips and chopped pecans.
  4. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Observe that the top will look moist when done.
