Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 package (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 package (6 oz.) English toffee bits, divided
  • 1 container (8 oz.) nondairy whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Place milk and pudding mix in a large bowl.
  2. Beat with wire whip until well blended, about 1 minute.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Set aside 1/4 cup of toffee bits.
  5. Gently fold remaining toffee bits and whipped topping into the pudding.
  6. Pour mixture into pie shell.
  7. Sprinkle with reserved toffee bits.
  8. Freeze at least 6 hours.
  9. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes to soften before serving.
