Creamy, crunchy, and sweet toffee grahams combine buttery caramel with chocolate and crispy cereal, perfect for satisfying snack cravings or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 48 small squares graham crackers
  • 2 sticks margarine or butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1½ to 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 bag chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place 48 graham cracker squares on a greased cookie sheet.
  2. Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 2 minutes.
  4. Add Rice Krispies cereal to the saucepan and stir.
  5. Pour the mixture over the graham crackers on the cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and quickly take the treats off the cookie sheet.
  8. When cool, dab melted chocolate chips on top.
