- Proof the yeast, warm water, and honey until foamy.
- Add the remaining ingredients: whole wheat flour, cornmeal, salt, water, molasses, olive oil, poppy seed, sesame seed, and sunflower seeds. Knead for about 10 minutes.
- Let rise in a greased and covered bowl for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Shape the dough as desired.
- Brush lightly with egg whites and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
