  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. safflower oil
  • 1 Tbsp. tamari
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Process lemon juice and garlic cloves in a blender until well combined.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir or blend in the parsley last.

Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, use silken tofu instead of firm tofu. If you don’t have safflower oil, any neutral oil like canola or grapeseed will work well. To add some heat, consider a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce. Fresh herbs can be substituted with dried ones; just use less as they are more concentrated in flavor.

Serving Suggestions

This tofu dip is perfect for gatherings and pairs beautifully with crackers or fresh vegetable sticks. It can also be spread on sandwiches or served alongside a light salad like Green Beans Vinaigrette. Consider serving it with pita chips or as a part of a vegan appetizer platter for a delightful snack.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To reheat, allow it to come to room temperature before serving, as this dip is best enjoyed cold or at room temperature. Stir well before serving to refresh the texture.
