Ingredients

  • 1 lb. tofu
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. shoyu
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 2 to 3 stalks green onion, minced

Instructions

  1. Mash tofu until crumbly.
  2. Add rest of ingredients except vegetables.
  3. Mix well and then add vegetables.
  4. Eat like salad or may be used as spread.
