  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salt

Instructions

  2. Mix all the chopped vegetables together.
  3. Cover the mixture with salt and let stand overnight.
  4. In the morning, drain off the liquid and add vinegar and sugar to the mixture.
  5. Cook the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  6. Pour the hot relish into clean jars with lids and seal.
