Tomato Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 medium can stewed tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. cold water

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken.
  2. Remove excess fat.
  3. Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning together. Place chicken in a dish and pour mixture over breast halves. Marinate at least 1 hour.
