Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. tomatoes, cored, chopped chunky
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1/4 jar jalapenos
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Add chopped tomatoes, green onions, black olives, jalapenos, garlic, vinegar, oil, seasoned salt, and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Transfer the mixture into clean jars.
  3. Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator.
  4. Let sit for several weeks to allow flavors to develop.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature; very good with chips.
