Tomato Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped cucumber
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl combine the corn, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, green pepper and onion.
  2. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Gently blend into the salad.
