Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped in slices
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  1. Mix the white vinegar, sugar, salt, and celery seed together.
  2. Add the chopped onion, green pepper, and celery to the mixture.
  3. Add the quartered tomatoes and combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Let the mixture set overnight in the refrigerator.
