Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cod, ocean perch or flounder fillets
  • onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large, shallow baking dish in the oven, melt butter or margarine.
  3. Remove the dish from the oven using pot holders and stir in lemon juice.
  4. Dip fillets in the butter mixture, turning to coat both sides.
  5. Place the coated fillets in the baking dish.
  6. Top each fillet with slices of tomato.
  7. Sprinkle onion salt, salt, and pepper over the fillets.
  8. Bake until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily, about 15-20 minutes.
