Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed crackers
  • 2 cans tuna fish (6 1/2 oz. each)
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup green peppers, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Crush the crackers coarsely into a large bowl.
  2. Add the tuna, minced onion, salt, pepper, minced green peppers, beaten egg, and milk to the bowl.
  3. Blend the mixture well and form into four individual loaves.
  4. Place the loaves in a greased, shallow baking dish.
  5. Brush the loaves with melted butter.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
  7. Heat the cream of celery soup and sliced hard-boiled eggs separately.
  8. Pour the heated soup and eggs over the baked loaves on a platter.
