Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large tomato, cut up

Instructions

  1. Cook and stir all ingredients except the tomato over medium heat until the butter is melted.
  2. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped tomato, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
