- Cook the rice until tender and set aside.
- Saute chopped small onion and diced small bell pepper in margarine until softened.
- Add hot pepper sauce and garlic salt to the sauteed vegetables.
- Stir in the can of diced tomatoes with juice and cook for a few minutes.
- Fold in the cooked rice and stir until well combined. If mixture is not juicy enough, add a little water.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste before serving.
