Ingredients

  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • bread crumbs
  • tonkatsu sauce
  • dressing
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • vegetable oil
  • cabbage
  • white rice

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 spoon of sugar into soy sauce and dip the pork cutlet in the mixture.
  2. Crack the egg and stir well.
  3. Dip the pork cutlet in the beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Let the coated pork sit for 10 minutes to ensure the breading sticks.
  5. Fry the breaded pork cutlet in boiling vegetable oil until golden and cooked through.
  6. Slice the cabbage and serve with dressing.
  7. Serve the fried cutlet with tonkatsu sauce, sliced cabbage, and white rice.
