Ingredients

  • 5 lb. lean ground beef or ground steak
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/4 c. Romano cheese
  • handful of parsley, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 c. water

Instructions

  1. Add beaten eggs to the ground meat and mix well.
  2. Add bread crumbs, Romano cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and water; mix thoroughly until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs of uniform size.
  4. Place the meatballs on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a 325°F oven for 30 minutes until browned and cooked through.
